JavaScript II

Academy Pittsburgh 753 East Warrington Avenue , Pittsburgh, (map)

This course is from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Javascript is the next step for developers who know HTML and CSS and want to learn how to make interactive web pages with forms, animations, and more.

This class builds on fundamentals covered in JavaScript 1. Do you have a basic understanding of programming concepts but would like more applied practice? Then you're the perfect student for this class!

Students will learn how to work with data by applying programming concepts from the previous class. We will explore development workflows, handy tools to assist with day to day development, and basic data concepts. By the end of the class students will have worked through building a data centered web application.

This class is taught by Josh Sager.

Prerequisites: You should have a working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript before taking this course. This course is aimed at beginners only, so we do not recommend it for experienced developers.
