If you’re curious about the field of Data Science, you’ve probably heard the terms “predictive modeling” or ""machine learning."" In this interactive workshop, we’ll discuss the emerging field of Data Science, fundamental concepts in predictive modeling, and work together to implement those in a Python environment.

Suggested Experience Level:

Intermediate - no previous coding knowledge is required, though some experience with data is a plus

The event will be held at The Department located at 1 N 1st St., #600, Phoenix, AZ 85004. The entrance is located along N 1st St., next to the Cartel Coffee Lab. Metered parking is available for one-hour time slots on 1st St. in front of the building. Metered parking for 2-hour time slots is available on Adams St. just north of the building. The Regency Garage located at 40 N 2nd Street can be accessed off 2nd St., North of Washington with a $12.00 daily flat rate. Washington/Central and 3rd St/Washington Light Rail stations are just a block away.
