What is WeTHINK?

A 12-month, cohort-based, business development and leadership THINK TANK for women-owned businesses that want to grow and scale. It is designed to immerse participants in a strong learning method and provide them with the on-going mentoring and peer-to-peer coaching needed to successfully pivot and scale.

Who is the program for?

Established FOR PROFIT businesses with at least 2 tax years that have stalled or are poised & ready for growth;

The woman business owner, with a growth mindset, wanting and open to feedback and change and interested in growing the business beyond themselves;

The woman business owner that desires an informal “board of directors” & an inspiring developmental environment;

The woman business owner that is looking for an opportunity to “get out of the business” so she can refine a vision and develop a plan for change.

How do I learn more?

Register to attend one of our six (6) upcoming informational meetings where you will be introduced to the program elements including the learning method, the requirements and commitment expectations and other subject matter experts. Any business that attends an info meeting and is interested in being considered for the program will be given an application.
