Women leading software development teams in a youthful male dominated industry is not common; let alone by a woman who is the “9th inning” of her career. How do you stay motivated, communicate successfully with the team, navigate the corporate structure and inspire fellow team workers to attain goals, deliver quality and meet deadlines? How do you communicate to a team that all could be your kids and who are much more tech savvy than you ever will be?
Learn tips on how to inspire others, stay motivated, be engaged, increase your effectiveness and manage stress regardless of what inning your career is in.
