Medium to large Organizations usually have multiple systems to support their customer's needs. While IT thrive to provide the best platforms to solve their customer's needs, usually these platforms don't talk to each other requiring YOU -the consumer- to navigate across multiple systems to accomplish your goal.
In the era of Digital Transformation, Chatbots can simplify this complexity and provide a streamlined user experience that accomplishes the customer's end goal by talking to multiple systems under the hood and executing separate -yet cohesive- transactions.
We will look at how Chatbots are built using MS Azure Bot Framework, the channels to reach out to your customers and how it can be the one-stop shop for all your customer's needs. We will also explore some Azure Bot Framework specific features such as LUIS (Language Understanding Intelligent Services) and Adaptive Cards.
