Upstate Capital is hosting an event on November 15th: Ambrell: A Private Equity Success. This event will bring together members of the investment and business community to hear the story of Ambrell, a Rochester-based manufacturing company that went from bankruptcy to become a thriving, successful business by leveraging private equity and experience.
Founded in 1986, Ambrell Corporation is a global leader in the induction heating market. After filing for bankruptcy, Ambrell leveraged private equity and a leadership transition to improve revenue and negotiate assets.
Vice President of Marketing, Tony Lucido will join Ambrell’s majority PE investor, Andrew Trigg from Graycliff Partners to discuss the investment. Dave Helgerson from Hamilton Lane will moderate, and William Hoy from Harter, Secrest & Emery will introduce the panel.
After the presentation, attendees are invited to network with other investors, lenders, professional advisors and company leaders from across the region. Then, members of Upstate Capital will join a tour of the unique venue space, ARTISANworks, with its founder Louis Perticone.
