Quick Pitch Night

Center for Student Innovation @ RIT 1 Lomb Memorial Drive, Rochester, NY (map)

This months speaker fell through by no fault of his own, so we're going to do a quick pitch night with a few people who are stepping up to the plate at a moments notice (Thank you!!!)

Jared Fine will be pitching his idea for no configuration two way email forwarding which would help people deal with the issue of having multiple email addresses for their multiple projects.

Oscar Pedroso will be pitching his startup Gradf.ly which will help high school students find STEM (science, tech, engineering, and math) programs.

Tim Poulson will be pitching TroopBoss, a product to help manage scouting troops.

I've followed the development of this project with interest and I think it's a great concept. Looking forward to hearing more of the back story.

We hit a little hiccup, but we're back on track thanks to Oscar Pedroso and Jared Fine! I'm looking forward to two great quick pitches!

Sorry if this has already been answered, but will this become a monthly event? I have an idea but it's not ready to pitch just yet...

Steve, We don't do pitches every month. Sometimes it's more education based (like next month and sept), but we do them quite a bit. Right now we're scheduling out to November (have one quick pitch signed up already!).

If we start getting too tightly scheduled I think we might look at mixing up the schedule a bit to do a quick pitch first, then move on to the educational component. I want to make sure people still have the opportunity to pitch.

Can you make sure you come talk to me tomorrow and we'll see what works for you?
