Have you ever wanted to know how to make apps for iPhones and iPads? This class is the perfect opportunity to get you up and running using Xcode and Swift. What is Swift? Swift is Apples new language for creating applications in the iOS, macOS, and tvOS ecosystems. It is a modern elegant language. Xcode is the integrated development environment (IDE) used to create apps for the Apple ecosystem.
We will cover subjects, including:
The foundations of the Swift language: Variables Functions Classes Loops Arrays and More... How to navigate and use Xcode Build a simple but useful app of your own! PREREQUISITES & TECH REQUIREMENTS

Your iOS device to run apps on (optional).
Download Xcode from the Apple AppStore ( https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/xcode/id497799835?mt=12 ).
This is a big download! So make sure to give plenty of time before the meet up to download it.
