In the more than two decades of delivering custom web projects, both

clients and developers have their list of red flags from the other side

of the table, warning signs that the person they are dealing with may

present obstacles to the successful completion of the project at hand.

We will discuss developer warning signs, client warning signs, and

project warning signs that you should be aware of. Audience

participation is encouraged as we discuss all the ways a WordPress

project can go off the rails.

This talk will be based on the mammoth 8000 word article by Fred Meyer,

"The Year of No More Bad WordPress Projects"

Our speaker will be Lester Buck, has been programming for a long time, with some scar tissue to show for it.
