This Month’s Event
We've all heard it before in different terms; analysis paralysis, indecisive, bottle neck, churn. The inability to make decisions is counterproductive and can effect more elements in your software development than you think.
Brian and Laura will leave you with six pieces of advise to take back to your office so you do not become the roadblock.
Brian Lantz; Cardinal Solutions Group
Brian is a Business Analyst in Cardinal's Columbus office with experience spanning from working as a member of small Scrum teams to leading Requirements Analysis and Management efforts on projects for Fortune 100 clients.
He is committed, through strong technical, organization, and interpersonal skills, to delivering quality software. Brian is also a certified Professional Scrum Master and Professional Product Owners through Scrum.org.
Laura Jackson; Cardinal Solutions Group
Laura is a product owner consultant at Cardinal Solutions' Columbus office. With her previous background in project management, user experience and content marketing, she has found her passion in delivering valuable products users crave.
Outside of her duties at Cardinal Solutions, she is a Co-Organizer for Columbus Web Group and Columbus Product Club and serves as a professional advisor for The Ohio State University's PRSSA Chapter and Student-Run PR Firm. She is also a certified Professional Scrum Master and Professional Product Owners through Scrum.org.

Who we are
An exciting new Club has been formed in Columbus called the “Cbus Product Club.” The club is a free social networking event connecting Start-ups, Product Managers and Entrepreneurs in Central Ohio. The club's goal is to provide a forum for learning and networking (usually over drinks). The educational aspect will cover current developments in Product, inviting local Entrepreneurs and Product Managers/Owners to share their insight during events. The club will also serve as a platform for discussions on all major drivers of the product management discipline such as new technologies, methodologies, best practices, and emerging models for product development.
