The event is hosted by Murray Arenson, CEO of Pluribus Capital and Managing Director of ConnectNow. ConnectNow is a leading access to capital program from Innovation Pavilion in partnership with Pluribus Capital.

Steve has been a groundbreaking technology leader and entrepreneur for 30 years. He is a principal at Yucatan Rock investments, and has served on the boards of Netscout (NTCT), Revolv (Acquired by Google), Voltree (MIT spinout), Mobiwatch (Acquired by Greatcall), C4RJ, and Emerson Hospital. He mentors at Techstars, teaches an MIT Startup class, and is a NASA Advisory Council appointee. Stephen was CEO of Cyras Systems (sold to Ciena Corporation for $2.7B), hailed as the “fastest creation of multi-billion value in history.” Before starting his entrepreneurial career, Stephen was EVP and General Manager of Bay Networks’ Internet/Telecom Business Group, where he led the $9B sale and merger between Bay Networks and Nortel Networks. Stephen also served as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Operations and IT at Time Warner Telecom, and as Vice President of Technology at Sprint. Stephen holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School, an MSEE from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a BSME from Georgia Tech
