Barnes Wendling CPAs, a Cleveland based financial services company, has been serving closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations since 1946. About our speakers:

Michael Pappas is the director in charge of the accounting and assurance services department which includes agreed-upon procedures and attestation engagements. He is also a member of the real estate and construction group. Mike has 30 years of experience helping closely-held business owners build and maintain their net worth.

John A. Burgett, CPA is an advanced staff in our tax department and has been in public accounting for three years in Federal, State, and Local tax. His areas of specializations include C corporations, S corporations, and partnership tax compliance in the logistics, manufacturing, retail, and professional service industries.
