I have been involved in IT support and teaching for over 30 years. I have delivered hands-on classes in Adobe Acrobat, Database Design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010, Web Design, Microsoft Access 2003/2007/2010, Microsoft Project 2007, Microsoft SQL, etc. I enjoy providing one-on one and on-site training in advanced application topics.  I have delivered training to Certo Bros (MS Outlook), D’Youville College (Office 2007), Independent Health (Oracle/SQL), JW Danforth (Office 2007), Purina Foods (Minitab – Six Sigma), Welch Foods (Oracle/SQL), and other companies. I also teach Web Design and other courses for Millard Fillmore College (University at Buffalo).
